Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases are considered final once access to the course has been granted.

However, refund requests may be considered in the following cases:
• Technical issues that prevent access to the course.
• Duplicate or accidental payments.

All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
