Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of a course before gaining access to the course content.

Once access to the course has been granted or the course has been started, cancellation is no longer possible due to the digital nature of the service.

If a cancellation request is approved, it will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
